Measurement, modeling and prediction of noise levels from impulsive firearms sounds in complex environments using field measures, computational models, graphic models, physical models and auralizations is a particular strength of Siebein Acoustic. Our firm specializes in firearms noise measurement, range impact studies, and mitigation design for firearms training facilities. We have developed a highly sophisticated acoustic measurement system and software specifically designed to measure and analyze high level, impulsive sounds from firearms.

Our consultants are exceptionally experienced in the design of federal, military and police training and weapons facilities, preparation of environmental impact assessments for ranges and noise mitigation design for facilities using a variety of small arms, heavy weapons, aircraft and motor vehicle training.
