Booker High School Visual and Performing Arts Center

Siebein Associates provided acoustical design services for the high school’s Visual Performing Arts Theater renovation including room acoustics design, sound isolation criteria for interior and exterior construction assemblies, STC and IIC ratings for construction assemblies, design and selection of interior finish materials, and MEP design criteria for control of airborne sound and vibration. We are also providing A/V system design and specifications.

Renovations to the 27-year old theater included a mezzanine upgrade to the main theater, additional classroom, storage and auxiliary space, a new lobby and the addition of a 100-seat black box theater.
